OUR NAIL POLICY
We guarantee our nail services for 3 days. If anything happens within this time frame, we will fix it free of charge. You must call and be able to come in within the first 3 days after the service has been completed in order to have it fixed. All fixes must be done with original color or design. Any change to color choice after finished there will be a charge. All completed services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the service you received, please let us know before checking out in order for us to mitigate any issues.
RESERVATIONS
To make sure that you get the time and date for the services that you want, may we suggest that you make a reservation either by phone or at our receptionist desk before leaving our Salon.
RUNNING LATE?
Please come in ahead of your scheduled appointment to guarantee your services. If you are 10 minutes late, your scheduled appointment will automatically be cancelled due to no show. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date or assign you to the next available tech. When running late for Massages, Facials, and Special Packages, and you still would like the services done, we can give you the time you have left, but will still charge FULL PRICE.
CHILDREN
To keep a serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children into our spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain services under these guidelines: Children under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is the child’s guardians’ responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior and any decisions during their time at SB NAILS.
QUIET, PLEASE!
Please turn your cell phone on silent upon check in at SB NAILS. We ask that you do not put your phone on speaker while enjoying services. This small step helps us keep a tranquil and stress reducing environment.
